    Standard: according to GB/T20234.1-2023, JB 20033-2004, JB/T 5520-1991, JB/T 9505-1999.
    Samples and restrictions: Laboratories, electronic communications, auto parts, plastics, cables, electroplating, hardware, optoelectronics, plastic products, molds, shoe materials, spraying, printing, medical, aerospace and universities and other industries.
    Application: This product is widely used in industrial and mining enterprise laboratories, medical and health, and scientific research units for drying, baking, wax melting, sterilization, and solidification.
    Test principle: This instrument is also called "digital display blast drying oven", "high temperature oven", "high temperature aging oven".
    Structure and features: Electric blast drying oven, microcomputer digital display temperature control, stainless steel liner, with observation window.
    1. The outer body of the chamber is welded with high-quality steel plates, and the inner chamber is made of mirror stainless steel or galvanized plate. The four corners are arc-shaped, which is easy to clean. Its appearance is novel, beautiful and energy-saving.
    2. It adopts a microcomputer PID temperature controller with temperature control protection and digital display. It has a timing function and the temperature control is accurate and reliable.
    3. The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise, high-temperature-resistant motors and advanced air ducts to ensure uniform temperature and small fluctuations in the working room.
    4. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which will automatically interrupt when the temperature limit is exceeded to ensure safe operation of the experiment without accidents.
    Usage environment: Power supply: AC220V±5%/50Hz, ambient temperature: 5℃~+35℃, relative humidity: ≦85%RH. There should be no high concentration of dust, corrosive gas and flammable and explosive atmosphere around.

    Features:


    1. The drying oven must be good grounded to ensure safe.
    2. The drying oven should be placed in a room with good ventilation conditions and no
    inflammable and explosive materials or toxic substances around it.
    3. There is no explosion-proof device in the drying oven, don’t put inflammable and
    explosive materials into it for drying.
    4. Do not overcrowd the objects in the oven, especially around the temperature sensor, make room for hot air circulation.
    5. Do not wipe the machine surface with acid or alkali or corrosive substances. The inside
    and outside of the drying oven should be kept clean. If it is not used for a long time, cover
    it correctly and put in a dry room. If any abnormality in use, please cut off the power supply
    and contact us in time.
    6.Be careful of scalding when using in high temperature.
