BS EN 12983-1 Cookware Handle Bending Strength Test Apparatus

Product information:

It is used for the bending strength test of the handle of the cookware. The fastening connecting part of the handle bears a force of 100N, and there should be no failure in the joints such as riveting and welding.

Applied standard:

The design of the handle bending strength test apparatus of cookware complies with BS EN 12983-1:2020 clause 7.5 and Appendix D.

1. D-section loading bar diameter: Ф10±0.1mm

2. Range of force: 1-200N

3. Scale resolution: 0.1N

4. Dimensions: length * width * height: 400mm*532mm*500m

5. Attach the cookware firmly to the horizontal rigid base, so that the contacting face of the loading bar is 10mm±1mm from the end of the handle, and then apply 100N pressure vertically.
