Application:
To verify the corrosion resistance of iron metal or the iron metal
inorganic film or organic film test, such as: electroplating, anode
processing, conversion coating, painting, ect.
It is one of the test equipment for "three prevention" (humidity,
heat, salt fog, mould) of artificial climate environment. It is an
important test equipment for studying the environmental
adaptability and reliability of machinery, national defense
industry, light industry, electronics, instrumentation and other
industries.
Features:
1. There is an automatic/manual watering replenishment system, the
water can be automatically replenished when the water level is
insufficient, to ensure the test is not interrupted.
2. The mist can be adjusted by the precision glass nozzle adjusts,
and spreads evenly through the cone diffuser of the spray tower,
naturally falls on the test piece, and ensures there is no crystal
salt to block the nozzle.
3. The temperature controller is a digital display one, PID control
error of it is ±0.1 °C.
4. Double over-temperature protection, insufficient water level
warning to ensure safe use.
5. The test chamber adopts direct steam heating method, and the
heating rate is fast and uniform, which reduces standby time.
6. The saturated air barrel is heated and humidified by Henry's
law. And provide the required humidity.
Structure:
1. The overall molding is welded by high temperature,
corrosion-resistant, easy for cleaning, no leakage
2. The tower spray system is equipped with a salt liquid filtration
system. There is no crystal in the nozzle, the salt spray is evenly
distributed, and the sedimentation amount is freely adjusted.
3. The cover is made of transparent material for clearly observing
the test items and spray conditions inside the chamber.
4. A water-tight structure is adopted between the lid and the
chamber, and no salt mist overflows.
5. The circuit control board and the element parts are fixed at the
position convenient for inspection and maintenance, and the
lock-opening side door is not only beautiful but also easy for
maintain.
Control System:
1. High-precision P.I.D. temperature controller with an error of
±0.1 °C.
2. The temperature controller has an output print function, print
interval time and print speed can be set separately.
3. The lid is opened by cylinder, easy to be opened and closed;
continuous or periodic spray methods are optional.
4. All circuits are equipped with circuit breakers; all heaters are
with electronic and mechanical overheat protection.
5. Multiple system protection, safe and reliable.
