Remarks: This test chamber can meet the requirements of degrees of
protection provided by enclosures of household appliances,
low-voltage electrical appliances, automobile, motorcycle parts and
etc.
Structure and Panel Description:
The structure and working principle of the dust test chamber are
the same as IEC60529-2013, and equipped with an additional airflow
heating device, in order to facilitate the use in the case of low
ambient temperature or high humidity. When the system is working,
operator first puts the dried standard talc powder (2kg/M3) into
the dust test chamber, then puts test sample into the dust test
chamber, and then starts the fan to make a high-density dust mist
formed in the chamber until the preset test time is reached
(Usually 8h).
