    Test Equipment Unit Introduction

    The design of the system is based on the principle of modularization, and is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the requirements of the standard, and at the same time, standardized design and components are used as much as possible. Ensure that the system has optimal performance and technical support.The use of servo motor drive ensures the high reliability and extremely long service life of the entire system.The whole system has clear functions, compact structure, beautiful appearance and reasonable layout, which is convenient for maintenance and daily maintenance.The design and manufacture of the equipment meet the general technical requirements of the customer for the equipment.The system can be subdivided into the following units:

    Action drive and manipulator unit, frame and intelligent electronic control system.

    Purpose, principle and structure of apparatus
    1. Door opening action: Drive the mechanical arm through the servo motor, pull the soft rope to drive the door sucked by the suction cup to open in a controlled manner from 0° to 5~15°, and then the free movement process of the door to reach the required angle.
    2. Door closing action: The mechanical arm is driven by the servo motor, so that the pressing wheel pushes the door to close from 45° to 40~35° in a controlled manner, followed by the free movement of the door until it is closed.
    3. Each door opening and closing action is one cycle.
    4. 50N door swing action: First, the door is opened to 90° (mechanical limit is set on the inside of the door), the suction cup is adsorbed on the outer layer of the cabinet farthest from the hinge, and one end of the suction cup is connected with the weight by the wire rope, and the weight is lifted through the cylinder. In this way, a force of 50N is applied to the door, so that the door is forced to swing from 90° to the maximum angle. Then use the door swing arm to return the door to the 90° limit, and repeat the impact 10,000 times.
    5. Test machine structure: As shown in the figure below, the overall frame structure is adopted, and the sample is placed on the bottom plate of the equipment, so that the relative movement is internal stress and the equipment shaking is reduced. There are two left and right column structures installed on the bottom plate, each column contains 2 sets of door opening and closing mechanisms as shown in Figure 1, which can meet the test of up to four cabinets; the sample is as shown in Figure 2.
