    Product overview:


    The load cabinet are designed and manufactured according to IEC60884-1 Clause 20 &21; IEC60669-1 Clause 18&19 and etc. It is applicable for household and similar fixed electrical installations switches and plug sockets breaking capacity and normal operation test. The purpose is assessing whether the switch is able to withstand the normal use of mechanical damage and electrical fatigue damage, and whether the contacts has adhesion phenomenon, long-term closed or disconnected phenomena, to examine whether the test samples excessive worn and have other harmful consequences.

    Front top is the operator control panel, the panels are made of high quality aluminum plate, etching sandblasting colored craft, attractive and durable. There are power switch/current/voltage and power/power factor displaying instruments, load power switches, status indicators, start and stop buttons, capacitance switches, load switches and alarms etc. Below corresponds to the output voltage regulation knobs, output current regulation knobs and power factor regulation knobs. The load cabinet has one station, with resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, they are switchable. The interior of the load cabinet is cooled by strong wind convection cooling. At the back of the load cabinet there are wire connecting terminals, the load cabinet outputs current voltage and power during the detection by connecting the wire with the test samples on the endurance test machine.

    Test Principle:


    The output voltage, output current and power factor can be adjusted through the circuit combination.


    Structure:


    The load cabinet uses an integral steel structure frame and a Toyota white seal plate. The control panel is in the upper part of the equipment, there are external power supply switch, ammeter, voltmeter and power meter, power display instrument, load power supply switch, status indicators, start and stop buttons, capacitance switch, load type switch and alarm on the control panel. The voltage, current and power factor regulators are on the lower part of the equipment. Each load station has a three-in-one function of resistive, inductive and capacitive (fluorescent) load, which can be switched by a transfer switch. The interior of the load cabinet is cooled by strong wind convection. There are terminals at the bottom of the back of the load cabinet, which can be connected to the switch plug socket-out normal operation endurance test equipment through the cables to output current, voltage and power during the breaking capacity testing.
