    Operation steps:

    1. Adjust the 4 feet of the calibration device, the horizontal bubble is in the center position, so that the calibration device is in a horizontal state.
    2. Choose a copper sleeve and a release fixture according to the energy of the impact. The 2J impact hammer needs to be covered with a copper weight cover, and the opening of the release fixture is wide; the impact hammer below 2J needs to remove the copper weight cover, and choose to release clamp opening narrow.
    3. Turn the handwheel to move the base back, load the spring impact hammer, and place it on the seat.
    4. Keep the pendulum in a vertical state without shaking, and move the pointer to the 0-scale position.
    5. Manually rotate the handwheel to move the spring impact hammer forward. When it moves to the spring impact hammer release fixture, the spring impact hammer is released, and the hammer head hits the pendulum rod to drive the pointer to rotate. When the pendulum rod is turned back, hold the pendulum rod with your hand to prevent the pendulum rod from hitting the spring impact hammer back.
    6. Read out the scale corresponding to the pointer to see if it is consistent with the marking of the spring impact hammer, repeat 3 times to ensure the accuracy.
