Performance:

The scraping frequency of this test device is 30 times per minute, and the return and return are recorded as one time each. The number of tests can be up to 0 ~ 999999 times, and the number of tests can be adjusted and set. The working stroke is 9mm, and the insulating sleeve is scraped out 7mm. Pressure load of 4 N, scraper wire diameter of 1 mm, effective length of 6 mm

Structure:

It consists of a horizontal beam and a linearly moving fixture base. The end of the beam is equipped with a U-shaped head with a diameter of 1 mm short steel wire bent (the two points of the U-shaped head are fixed vertically on the beam). The U-shaped bottom edge of steel wire is 6mm straight working position. The 6mm straight bottom edge of U-shaped steel wire is pressed on the insulating sleeve of the bolt, and the motor drives the clamp seat with the bolt to reciprocate, so as to test the friction between the steel wire and the bolt insulation sample.
