Product Overview
Simulation transport vibration table, also known as "vibration
table", simulate the damage caused by the turbulence of the product
during automobile transportation, to identify whether the product
is able to withstand environmental vibration, suitable for
electronic, mechanical and electrical, optoelectronics, motor
vehicles, toys and other industries of research, development,
quality control, manufacturing.
The simulation transportation vibration test bench is suitable for
vibration test of toys, electronics, furniture, gifts, ceramics,
communications, equipment, computers and auto parts, etc., to
inspect its transportation effect or durability uniformity.
This machine according to the European and American similar
equipment restructuring, rotary vibration, in line with the
European and American transportation standards, in line with EN71
ANSI, UL, ASTM, ISTA and other test standards.
Test purpose
This machine is a series of controlled vibration simulation in the experiment to test whether the product can withstand the test of transport or vibration environmental factors in the life cycle, and can also determine the requirements of product design and function standards. Introduction to vibration testing
1. Place the test product on the vibration test platform with normal transportation. In order to prevent jumping off the table and maintain the direction, the vibration test platform can be surrounded by ropes;
2. The vibration frequency should be just enough to shake the goods off the table, and the metal sheet can be inserted between the sample and the table, and can walk in the longest edge gap of the sample (the thickness of the metal sheet is 1.5mm, the width is 50mm (optional));
